The circulatory system regulates the
flow of blood throughout the body. It consists of the heart, blood vessels and
blood. The circulatory system transport oxygen and nutrients to the tissue and
cells of the body. It also collect the waste products from the cells. The continuous
circulation of the blood maintains the temperature balance of the body. The blood
also has substance that protects the body
from infection and diseases. The circulatory system is divided into three parts
of ---pulmonary, coronary and systemic. The pulmonary circulation is the
movement of blood from heart to lungs and from back to heart.
Coronary circulation supplies blood to the heart itself. Systemic circulation
is supply of heart itself. The heart to the various parts of the body, except lungs, and back.
