Communication
takes place to exchange information and ideas. It is a means of expressing our
ideas and thought and is observed in humans as well as animals. In animals, it
takes the form of mostly grunts, growls and other animal noises and body
language. The medium of human communication is more extensive. It includes
speech, writing, reading, watching and body language. Communication can be
between two individuals or a group of individuals or even a room full of
people. It can also be between two or more people is known as interpersonal
communication. Communication can also be with one’s own self. This is known as
intrapersonal communication. Communication can be verbal or non-verbal.
